Ned Cowell’s career in auctioneering began in 2000 when he joined a traditional rural auction house based in Chippenham. After two years working as a porter and administrator he moved to a firm in Hampshire where he started working as a general cataloguer and valuer, before specialising in medals and arms & amour. He later added coins to his repertoire, and he joined Woolley & Wallis in 2016 to open a new department covering all these disciplines.
