Martin Impey is an award-winning illustrator of more than 50 books. He has worked in many fields of creativity over a professional career spanning more than 30 years. He has twice been nominated for the prestigious Kate Greenaway Medal. He is best known for his meticulous research and historical detail in the illustration he creates, making his books full of wonder and nostalgia.
