Ian Marshall studied History at Durham University before moving into book publishing. In more than 35 years in the industry, he has worked with an A-Z of bestselling and prize-winning authors, among them Bill Browder, Gordon Brown, Dave Grohl, Phil Knight, Andrew Roberts and Mary Trump. He has been the non-fiction Publishing Director at Bloomsbury Trade since October 2022
