“The Dynamaestro” Don Pucci is the founder and artistic director of The Uptown Swing Dance Company and Nighthawks Festival, and a widely respected DJ, dance teacher and events organiser within the international swing dance and vintage community. As a DJ, he is a firm favourite of many. An avid collector of 78rpm records and specialist in swing, jazz and blues from the 30s and 40s, he seeks out the finest tunes and gives them life, continually building his collection of danceable music. A highly sought after DJ for many events across the UK and Europe, such as the Summer Jamboree, Friskin’ The Whiskers, Herrang Dance Camp, and many music festivals, he keeps the dancefloor filled and frolicking.
